Innovative Agroecology undergraduate student with two years of experience evaluating soil chemistry and soil-plant dynamics. Passionate about improving agricultural cropping systems to combat climate change and environmental impact. Adaptable in all aspects of regenerative agriculture and practiced at surveying crops to assess conditions and plan crop strategies. Field experience includes all season work including planting, weeding, and harvesting. Solid academic progress paired with demonstrated commitment and integrity. Generated NJ State wide data base of farms and markets accepting SNAP benefits. Gathered information to understand NJ Agriculture statistics to better understand food availability and provide information to public

Picked fruits and vegetables on assigned plots and checked plants for signs of pest and disease. Operated tractors and other farm equipment to plow fields, dig ditches and move trees. Mulched and fertilized crops to improve yield. Examined livestock for signs of injury and disease

Prepared samples and performed tests for soil water content, ph and other topographic and geologic data. Completed field work which included taxonomic tree identification, soil sampling and use of AMS soil hammer.
